We bought a yearold Sienna, Had serious cold weather related problems with sliding doors and being unable to start the car in near zero temps. they hauled it in, couldn't find anything wrong, and we got a big bill for nothing. they coulden't get the sliding doors to work in sub-zero temps, but they charged us. They probably tore the do it yourself section out of the owner's manual; why would the previous owner do that? There were other minor iritations.
